Costume for Music Video

I believe the band would look good in all black - black shirt, black trousers and black shoes. Also having discussed this with the band, this is also the usual costume they wear when performing. All of the band members wearing white ties, and the lead singer should wear a coloured tie of his choice.
This way the band will look smart and like a group - but still have individual identity.
